• As defined by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, you must be legally capable of entering into contracts.
• You should not be a person, whether or not you're our employee, whose involvement in the platform's development could impact your performance in the game. If you intend to do so, you must obtain our written permission and adhere to any terms and conditions we might set.

Limitation of Liability

Thecrickguru doesn't make any guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or sufficiency of the contents available through the Website and App. We explicitly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the content. There are no warranties, implied, expressed, or statutory, including but not limited to non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and freedom from computer viruses, with respect to the content available through the Website and App or its links to other internet resources. Any mention of specific commercial products, processes, services, or the use of any trade, firm, or corporation name in the Website or App is for informational purposes and doesn't constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Thecrickguru.

Games of Skill

The games available on our platform fall under the category of "Games of Skill." In these games, a user's success is primarily determined by their knowledge, training, attention, experience, and skill. It's important to note that, according to Indian law, "Games of Skill" are not considered gambling and are excluded from gambling regulations in most states except the Restricted States.

This means that individuals residing in the Restricted States are not allowed to participate in the games offered on our platform. Any participation by individuals from these states would be considered illegal, and we won't be responsible for any losses or damages they may incur.

We have the right to monitor the activities in your account on the platform. If a user engages in any game in violation of central and/or state laws in India, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and report such participation or suspicious activities along with all relevant user details. Your Account

Registration: To enjoy the services offered on the platform, you'll need to create an account by providing your registered mobile phone number. We'll verify this number using a one-time password (OTP) system or other forms of two-factor authentication we might introduce. Once the OTP is successfully verified, your account on the platform, known as 'Your Account,' will be created. At our discretion, we may ask for additional information and documents to verify Your Account. If you refuse or fail to provide complete and accurate information and documents, we reserve the right to refuse service. By registering and using this platform, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following:

• Your Account is for your personal use only.
• You're using your real identity, and the mobile phone number you provide is registered in your name.
• You will provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including optional details like your profile picture, cover photo, user ID, biography, audio status, etc.
• You will promptly update the information you provide to keep it accurate and current.
• You are solely responsible for the legal, regulatory, and tax compliance of all transactions conducted using the services. You agree that all your transactions on the platform will fully comply with applicable laws, and you will not engage in or facilitate any violations of these laws while using the platform and services.

Veracity of Information/Documents: If any information or documents you provide are found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or false, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and your access to the platform indefinitely.

Your Account's Security: You're solely responsible for maintaining the security of Your Account, including your username, password, or any other code that provides access. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or security breaches of Your Account that aren't caused by our actions. If you suspect any breach of your account, please notify us immediately at puzzlehuddletechnologypvtltd@gmail.com.

We have the right to terminate any user's account or deny access to the platform if we discover that a user has violated our policies, including these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

Your Responsibilities:

Regarding Account Creation: You agree not to create a new account if we have disabled a previous one, unless you have received our express written permission.

Regarding Access: You won't attempt to access the service or platform through unauthorized third-party applications or clients.

In Case of Unauthorized Use: You will promptly inform us if there is any unauthorized use or breach of your password, Your Account, Balance Wallet, or Balance Account.

Your Compliance

KYC Compliance: You agree to adhere to our Know Your Customer (KYC) terms and conditions. Successful KYC verification is essential for transactions on the platform. You'll be eligible to upload funds beyond specified thresholds and withdraw your winnings only when your bank/wallet account is validated and KYC is verified.

Bank Account/UPI ID: Please ensure your bank account or UPI ID is active; otherwise, we won't be able to process withdrawals.

Name Matching: If you're withdrawing through a bank account or UPI, make sure that the name on your KYC document matches the account holder's name. If they don't match, it's considered invalid, and you should update your account details to ensure both names are identical.

KYC Document Requirements: For KYC verification, we may collect documents like an officially valid document via DigiLocker and, for transactions over a certain limit, a valid PAN. We may also request additional information or documents as part of our KYC verification process.

Single User Account: Each KYC document can be associated with only one User Account on the platform.

Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided for KYC verification must be true, correct, and accurate. We may use software, technology, or other means to verify the information in line with our Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. You consent to these verification processes.

Additional Documents: You agree to provide any additional document or information we may require for compliance with Applicable Law or enforcement authorities' requests.

Aadhaar Verification: If you choose Aadhaar verification via DigiLocker or offline e-KYC, you authorize us to temporarily access your masked e-Aadhaar/Aadhaar card and assist you in retrieving your details. We don't store your Aadhaar number in our database. We also adhere to confidentiality and redaction measures as per Applicable Law.

KYC Verification Rejection: If your KYC verification request is rejected due to any reason, you should address the issue notified by us.

Prohibited Activities

To make Thecrickguru a fair and enjoyable place for all users, we've set some ground rules to maintain our platform's integrity:

• Respect and courtesy are essential. Hate speech, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate contests or promotions is not allowed. Each user should have only one account.
